Boyd Fritzinger started his excavating business in 1976. Through the completion of literally thousands of jobs in both public and private sectors, he brings over 30 years of experience to your construction project.
Boyd Fritzinger was born in Warroad, Minnesota. His family moved to the Twin City area when Boyd was 4. After the move, Boyd's dad--Walt (Bud)--was hired as a heavy equipment operator for Julian Johnson Construction Company.
At the age of 16, in 1976, Boyd, too, began to work for Julian Johnson as a Bobcat operator. Three years later, in 1979, Boyd bought his own Bobcat. He says, "And then the battle began."
Since those early days Boyd has built his business with contacts all over Upper Midwest. Fritz Contracting has purchased an array of heavy equipment, continually upgrading and adding new pieces as business grew. (Click Here to see what Fritz Contracting can bring to your job.)
In 2003 Boyd moved from Forest Lake, Minnesota to Luck, Wisconsin, thereby extending his work area to include Western Wisconsin. The business still maintains an office and equipment in Forest Lake.
