Sewer and Septic services are an important consideration in sighting your home.
**Please note: The site and design of your system should be laid out before the land is cleared because driving cars or trucks over a sewer/septic site can compact the soils in that area which will affect the ability of the soil to leach waste materials.
After an approved designer draws up your sewer/septic plan, Fritz Contracting can install the system. Two inspections by inspectors in your area are required by Minnesota building codes before the completed sewer system can be covered and put into use.
